You just need to add a little XML hacking to make the Nokia 6263 work with iSync. First read this page...

Then add the property list linked below to the contents of

/Applications/iSync.app/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePhoneConduit.syncdevice/Contents/PlugIns/PhoneModelsSync.phoneplugin/Contents/Resources/MetaClasses.plist

To get there, open the Applications folder, right click on iSync.app, select Show Package Contents, open Contents, then PlugIns, ...

Or open Terminal.app and copy and paste this:

open /Applications/iSync.app/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePhoneConduit.syncdevice/Contents/PlugIns/PhoneModelsSync.phoneplugin/Contents/Resources/

Either way open the file MetaClasses.plist in Notepad (or vi, or whatever) and add the contents of nokia6263.txt right before the last </dict> line.
